Returns & Refunds policy

There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits issued. Weight loss, weight gain, body adjustments, or pregnancy can change the fit of a chosen gown or item. Measurements are taken to help gauge the best size fit. Items are not made to measurements and won't guarantee that additional adjustments won't need to be made. All items need to be paid in full before items can leave the store or any alterations can be made. Alterations are an additional cost as every dress/item may need something different depending on the wearer. You are not required to use Kendra's Bridal for alterations.

50% of the total is due up front. This allows items to be ordered or removed from the showroom. This amount is not refundable. All items must be paid in full within 6 months of the initial down payment and/or at least one month prior to my wedding date. If it is not paid one month prior to the wedding date Kendra's Bridal cannot guarantee in house alteration time even if alterations were previously discussed.

Suit or Tuxedo

Jims Formal Wear Suiting Items. 50% of suiting purchase must be paid for order to be placed. This amount is none refundable. The remainder of the balance is due before suiting items can be taken from the store. Measurements are taken to help gauge the best size fit. Items are not made to measurements and won't guarantee that additional adjustments won't need to be made. Any items needing to be exchanged are subject to additional charges. Alteration can not be made to rental items. If alterations are made that damage the suiting item charges will occur.

Rental Items must be returned within 3 days of the event date. If suit is not returned by the end of the 3rd day a late fee will be charged. If the item is not returned by the end of the 7th day an additional late fee will be charged. If item is not returned by the end of the 14th day the full retail cost of the item will be charged.
